If you haven't noticed that alliterations are my favourite literary devices then you must be new here, welcome!
It has been a very long time since I've filled you in, hasn't it! Obviously in my school-filled life exciting things rarely happen, but one major thing has changed recently (actually, it was about almost two months ago): I got a real, paying job. In late september I was interviewed by the lovely people at Marshalls, and apparently RW&Co. prepared me well enough to get hired on the spot.
It is very different than RW&Co. but great all the same. It is not as fashion oriented but I am learning a lot about how a store is actually run, which is very exciting to me.
Wow, anyways! Tangent! I brought up Marshalls because a) having a job means having disposable income, which means I can buy new clothes before you all get bored of me, and b) I can find some killer deals there. For example, these lovely heels from sixtyseven used to retail for $250, and were bought by me for a mere $60.
The jacket is also new, although that I bought in Quebec at Simons.
New garments/items lead to outfit experimentation and thus, this post was born.
Of course this was completely inappropriate for the -10 degree weather we are experiencing, but as my mum always says, "Il faut souffrir pour e tre belle!".*

Fun Fact: to take these pictures my camera was propped atop a notepad, in the snow. Note to self: find that tripod.
Hope everyone's looking forward to their holiday season!!
